We belong to the generation that came of age alongside the explosion of social media and technological devices, breathing in the fervent excitement of newfound potential. Consequently, while we recognize the benefits and the enjoyments these advancements bring, we also face a sense of bewilderment regarding the latent dangers that accompany them. As the saying goes, “Too much of a good thing” – a truth that applies to all matters in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thus, we are here to collectively research, design, and craft OBJECTS (utilizing wood – a primal material deeply intimate to humanity) with the sole purpose of Uplifting PEOPLE (addressing both the individual and their interconnected relationships). These must be tangible, tactile OBJECTS that act as anchors, tethering us to a reality that remains forever vibrant. They embody what is most essential to the human experience: the nurturing of sentient faculties (both emotional and sensory) and the awakening of the intellect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The form of these objects may vary: it could be a play-thing (for skill development or mental stimulation), a gift (to be cherished or shared), or even a chair but that chair must be conceived through the lens of an Object Uplifting a Person. It could even be a stack of paper or a pen (for writing, for reflection…).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our work is dedicated to the community, with a child-centered focus (as children are not only a demographic relatively vulnerable to the waves of technology but are also the primary concern of any civilized society).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
